Montana GOP lawmaker informs colleagues the womb 'serves no specific purpose' to the life of a woman

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/montana-gop-lawmaker-informs-colleagues-the-womb-serves-no-specific-purpose-to-the-life-of-a-woman/ar-AAZCKlM?ocid=U483DHP&pc=U483&cvid=59fc20c1012b41aca630eadff42d7b0b

According to the report, the former Montana House leader who is now running for a seat in the state Senate passed along what he heard in an email to over 100 of his colleagues at a time when conservative lawmakers in deep red states are making up new laws banning abortion.

The Tribune reports, "Tschida told the Daily Montanan he did not remember the name of the podcast. According to the email, which was sent to more than 100 legislators, the woman responded that there is only one organ in a woman’s body 'that is not there to serve a purpose for her and that is her womb'."

My appendix apparently serves no particular purpose, but when my doctor tells me it's causing a problem and my life if in danger, then I'm entitled to emergency care.

And it's none of your damned business anyway.

It is too angering/depressing to address the topic and to do so stays with me all day. How did we get here that a minority of the most ignorant Americans can have such inordinate power over the rest of us?

womb, they should be told the word is “uterus.”

They only use “womb” because it’s warmer, fuzzier word.

These people are all members of the God Squad. If their god put wombs inside a woman's body, and that god never makes mistakes, then women having wombs was obviously part of the divine plan, wasn't it?

We each get specific sex organs that serve no purpose but to reproduce. It doesn't make them sanctuaries.

In their religious idiocy, they are trying to give magical significance to a biological function. It's not magical.

They are prescribed when in addition to a hysterectomy an oophorectomy is performed, removal of the ovaries. The hormones secreted by the ovaries help regulate the calcium in the bones, and a lot of other things the rest of the body needs even without the uterus.

I’m sure those Christian radicals who want to lock women up for having an abortion or who think it’s perfectly fine to force them to wear electronic ankle monitors like prisoners would be perfectly fine with this solution—NOT. That would interfere with their belief that men have a God-given right to rape and force women to procreate when women have other ideas.

I can choose to use my uterus for reproduction or not. I can choose to reproduce once, twice, many times, or never. This is the essence of choice.

This Montana Man was not supplied with a uterus by his creator and therefore he has no choice about the use of a uterus. His creator did not give him a choice, and Montana Man, in disrespect of his creator and lacking in self-discipline gives in to anger and jealousy and tries to take away my choice.

The 13th Amendment prohibits slavery and indentured servitude. The radicalized Republican party is trying to enslave women as state incubators. If they want to use eminent domain to take over control of the uterus of a woman or girl, then they must provide just compensation as stated in the 5th Amendment.

The Subversive 6 upended law, precedent, and logic. Their unqualified asses shat on jurisprudence while they vomited their extremist ideology.
