At a certain age, it almost happens over night, suddenly my dad just looks smaller and older. The muscle tone just disappears. That's what's happening to Trump right now, his vitality has failed him, he looks smaller and instantly older. And it's worse for him because of all the plastic surgery and makeup.
Joe has looked older for a while, but the major difference is that Joe works out every morning. He rides a stationary bike and lifts weights.
These are 2 examples of aging. Joe does look old and moves stiffly, but Trump is hitting a wall and he's never taken care of his body and it's going to get ugly for him quickly. People like Trump don't exercise and he's too stubborn to eat well. Can you picture Trump in the gym? And a lifetime of drug use is catching up to Trump too.
If it is Trump vs Joe in 2024, I'd expect Joe to be about the same physically as he's been these last few years. I'd imagine Trump is going to have trouble getting around over the next couple years. Even the brief clips of him golfing last year showed he can barely swing a club now.
