5. An excerpt from the New York Post

...Judge Bruce Reinhart approved the warrant that enabled federal agents to converge on the palatial South Florida estate on Monday in what Trump called an “unannounced raid on my home.” Reinhart was elevated to magistrate judge in March 2018 after 10 years in private practice.

7. He wasn't nominated by Trump

Magistrate judges are appointed by other judges in the district, not the president.

3. What judge?

I have not seen which judge authorized the warrant.

Perhaps you can enlighten us?

4. President's don't nominate Federal Magistrates.

They are appointed by a majority vote of the judges in the district, and serve a term of years — eight for full time magistrates; four for part time.

6. Correct.

Furthermore, at the time he was named (2018) there were no Trump nominated judges on the Southern District of Florida.
