Joseph R Biden cares about other people and their well being. Trump is incapable of caring about anyone other than himself. Further, Trump isn't like a two-bit mobster; he is one.

The only "caring" he showed was to his rich buddies. Biden is the opposite. And the only reason that more people don't approve of him is the constant lying the Repughs continue to do about him. They wouldn't give him credit if he walked on water.
