If Trump says he declassified all of it, doesn't that mean it can all be published immediately?

It would all have have been stamped "Declassified ". It was not

but that information might still present a risk to our nation or another nation if it gets "out into the wild" in declassified form.

His statement tonight about all classified documents he took to his quarters being declassified automatically is a dodge that he hopes will prevent one or more indictments. He apparently can't grasp that certain info must be protected at all times.

He's a sloppy thinking self-serving jerk and one half of the nation's population is hoping to see him indicted for espionage soon.
