Who can tell me the man who was initially running against Cheney and

Hageman in the Wyoming primary?

He ended up dropping out but I'm not sure when. I'm just trying to find his name.

One of the YouTubers who I watch (spiritual/new-thought) mentioned something about a scandal that had come out against one of the initial candidates in that race.

I wanted to check it out. She (the spiritual YouTuber I watch) was wrong on a couple of important facts but that wasn't the point of her presentation.
