A few things that I believe could happen.

Yes, I believe Trump will be indited.

Trump will run in 24.

He will attempt to draw out his trial until 24.

He will win the election at any cost. The republicans will hold their collective noses and vote for him because their prize is republican rule forever.

He will then declare himself to be dictator for life. There will be no more trials.

15 million votes. Providing they all get counted of course.

Okay, there. I made myself feel better at least.

I believe the current SC will reverse any and all elections won by Democrats.

None of this had to happen. If only people on the left had not bashed our candidate, and of course if Cohen had not made the worst blunder in human history.

that the courts will help them steal the election. Every single attempt (something like 50 Trump lawsuits) by Trump to steal the 2020 election was shot down by the courts, including the Supreme Court.

and they know his chances to win are slight. He lost the last election and did not win the popular vote in the first, so he's not a great candidate.

happen between now and then. So many of what we might think of as wild cards....voter suppression, violence, electors, poll interference, investigations, Russians, SCOTUS, propaganda, hell of a scenario we may have. Hard to come up with a novel any more interesting and troubling.

Come on down to Texas for a bit and let me introduce you to some people. There are idiots down here who want just that. Idiots with guns and lots of relatives and friends.

They worship Trump and there is no reasoning with them.

I don’t see anyone stopping the Republican take over. I don’t see Roe v Wade here any more.

I think the Republican agenda is taken way too casually by some. They absolutely mean to turn America into a dictatorship. I don’t see anything stopping them right now either. Trump is not in jail after all.

Democrats need to learn this and act accordingly so that the Republican agenda can be stopped. I don’t see evidence of that happening. I see headlines of cases and rulings, etc. But I see nothing that is actually going to the extent of stopping what the Republicans are planning and executing.

This is my point.

All I keep hearing on DU and elsewhere is how Abbott busing the immigrants out of Texas is immoral, outrageous and illegal. Of course it is!

But nobody is stopping him. Who or what has done anything about it? These people do NOT play by the rules and they are changing the rules as they gain power making it easier for them to gain more power.

Because there is no one who is stopping him. There are lots of different possibilities floating around, but right now, no one or no thing has stopped Trump for doing exactly what he wants to do - EVER. We hear all about investigations, etc, but none seem to come to fruition.

We all want to know WHEN something is going to happen. Because unless it does, Trump WILL install himself as dictator.

If he runs, he will lose. Political experts, (Republican experts) know he cannot win. He said the pandemic was...
"A HOAX" and that will be his most famous words. By saying that, Trump killed people. He will not be nominated, and
it won't ever happen.

.....He caused a riot.

.....He held a bible and will be remembered for that

.....He lies about everything.

....He made a comment about veterans who died in WWII

....He is a con artist, he cannot win anything.

....He is a looser, the ads against him (if somehow he gets nominated) will destroy him.

,,,,Further, he has proven that he cares only about himself. The stuff with the documents is clearly illegal.

....Yes, he maly get 30% of the vote, (maybej) but ..remember: ...30 % wins NO ELECTION, NONE, NODA, ZERO!!!

.....Trump has proven himself to be totally ... "SELFISH" What else is there to say?

He’s going to run and unless Democrats figure out a way to stop him, he’s going to be back in the White House and democracy is going to be gone.

There. Now I said it. And if I’m wrong, that’ll be great. But this is what Democrats need to prepare for. Hope for the best; expect the worst. I do not see many Democrats preparing for this scenario and I think that’s a big mistake.

We no longer live in a world where fair and good wins. We need to LEARN that and take steps to keep the rule breakers from getting away with cheating.
