4. AND.... the way I read that is the officer was basically just stupid.

He was calm, he seemed certain of himself, like the guy just dyed his hair but was older than he looked.

But because they are taught to always suspect blacks and profile them as suspects, not citizens, he went after the wrong guy and kept it up.

Why did not not turn on his body cam? He thinks he’s making an arrest on someone with 2 felony warrants and doesn’t turn it on? That should throw all his credibility out the window.

Indeed judges should be leery about accepting the stupid phrase.. I didn't remember to have it on.
