CNNs Jim Acosta clashed with Chad Wolf, who served as former President Donald Trumps Acting Secretary of Homeland Security, over the ex-presidents comments about the 2020 election.
The contentious interview aired on Sundays episode of CNN Newsroom, with Acosta asking Wolf point blank if he thought there had been fraud in the 2020 election.
I think theres a number of election irregularities, illegalities, and fraud, Wolf replied. Thats been widely reported on both the right and the left.
But enough to alter the outcome of the 2020 election? asked Acosta, asking Wolf Are you an election denier?

(4,218 posts)Acosta had him on the ropes and I believe Wolf was relieved to end the interview. Wolf needs to be held accountable for his role in child separation and now spreading lies about ejection security. No soul.

(113,064 posts)and Acosta should have said go ahead - detail all the election fraud you are claiming robbed Trump.
No one gives details because none exist. Acosta dropped the ball, imo. He should have answered, Yes, please do. And take all the time you need.
