if flabby mctreason is a poor man-

he's snoozing, drooling, in a greasy lazy boy surrounded by towers of papers and dead cats until social services moves in, or the kids put their foot down.
they dont even need an eval, his med records are clear. however few marbles he came down the escalator w, after covid, the last few are cracked.

he honestly does not belong in prison. you dont have to pity him, but i find him most pitiful.

Many of them don't deserve to be there.
Trump does. Why should he live out his old age in comfort, gloating about getting away with his crimes? Why should he be the ONLY elderly crook to get off scot-free?

Indict him. Prosecute him. Try him. Let the jury decide, and then if they find him guilty, let the judge decide on a sentence.

But let's not get too sympathetic at a man who was glad to put agents and military members at risk for his own jollies.

I just am going to reserve my sympathy for those who didn't ever have the power and money to avoid arrest and imprisonment.

I think I'll be okay if Trump goes to trial. Obviously a regular prison is pretty unfeasable because of the need for security. But he should face the charges before he gets mercy of any kind.

It would set a bad precedent with the party base.

It chaps my ass enough that Carolyn Bryant is walking around free - not serving one day of time for her crime. The world puts 95 year old Nazis away.

We can put 45 away if convicted.

If not - they will do it again.

this is what you do w them.
that way, when they cant handle uncle nutso any more, they know what to do.
and when the next mad man comes along, they've seen the movie before and know where it ends.

America doesn't have the best history with Traitors. Every single officers and member of the CSA should have been hung at the end of the Civil War - but we didn't do it. Peace and coming together and whatnot - then the compromise of 1877 - and for 100 years black Americans were denied full rights of citizenship to keep that peace.

America looks much different now, and in light of the radical injustice the party base experiences (African Americans/Women - our families, children, bothers, uncles, daughters) in the Criminal Court system . . .

It wouldn't sit well with me at all.

Like - this uppity arrogant maggot needs to sit in prison for the rest of his life. I don't think he's a mad man'. He knows PRECISELY what he has done and is doing. This little 'melt down' is a show.

It's just another con from don. And he is . . . uppity.

i suppose they could give him a suite. wall him off.
but saul's office in a locked ward would prolly solve everything.

He disgusts me.

Here, in one person, we can find all the evil in the world.

He's dangerous and terrible.
