6. #3: AND PERSECUTION. Fascist governments don't just identify

but inflame fear and hatred that creates demand for persecution of targeted groups, up to/including mass displacement, judicial oppression and stripping of rights, rape, imprisonment/disappearing, torture, and murder, sometimes to the point of extinction, to satisfy their core followers, and instill fear as needed.

Democrats/liberals have become the MAGAs' most feared and hated enemies to be destroyed, but unfortunately for them there are kind of a lot of us and so far we've had the protections of citizenship, including the vote and the law. A problem to be fixed, bit by bit.

Far more, very satisfyingly vulnerable are undocumented residents, and of course migrants at the border and their children, and virtually certainly they'd immediately be targeted with much bigger efforts if tRump/the MAGAs were to get power again.

Speaking of, as Morning Joe pointed out, it's election season and time to get the MAGA base boiling: "Cue the caravans."
