Many months ago, someone on DU posted this link which gives a lot of cable feeds you can view for free, including all the news channels, but also Cinemax (although many on the list require you to pay to download sofware, these do not, so I watched the address on MSNBC...)

There was the primetime game on Fox and games on ESPNs, FS1, CBSSports, BTN and so forth.

Specifically in Pennsylvania, Penn State vs Purdue was on TV and Pitt was playing WVU on ESPN. I doubt many here in the state were turned in to Biden's speech. It was terrible scheduling by Biden's campaign team or staff or comms team or all of them.
