liked Mr Rather. FROM WAY BACK. From his measured delivery of the JFK assassination till today. The reporting in 2004 of George Bush and his National guard enlisted time rang true to me. It was just a smear job by the press and cowardice by CBS management bowing to the PTB not to have his back. GWB was a spoiled rich kid easily out on the town rather than at his post. The weak and easily manipulated character of GWB that proved Mr Rather's reporting of GWB as truth reporting was how easily the war hawks led by D. Cheney got us into the desert conflict in Iraq based on proven lies.

After 6+ years of a lying, grifting, sexual predator embarrising this nation as a traitorous POTUS, I give less than and a f*** myself about our media always having this despicable orange face at the top of the news!!! Although these days is necessary.

Mr Rather is a national treasure being the straight news fact deliverer. And I love this post.
