13. Of all the monikers for Mango Mussolini,

Benedict Donald is my favorite.

Followed closely by Velveeta Voldamort, Hair Furor, Trumpelthinskin...

There's a poem in there somewhere...

14. My favorite used to be Mango Menace,

but I saw another DUer using Benedict Donald and used it myself, with their permission of course.

19. Pictured him rowing out to some anchored yacht heading to international waters...

no passports necessary. Then, I figure he'll likely get some slap on the wrist --a fine and three months in one of the nicer lock-ups. And he knows it. Hope I'm wrong.

7. Here is the information from Reuters

Steve Bannon, former Trump adviser, pleads not guilty in border wall scheme
By Karen Freifeld

NEW YORK, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Steve Bannon, the onetime top strategist to former U.S. President Donald Trump, pleaded not guilty on Thursday to money laundering and conspiracy charges for allegedly deceiving donors to an effort to help Trump build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Bannon, 68, was handcuffed when he came into a New York state court in Manhattan. He was released without bail after his lawyer David Schoen entered the plea on his behalf.

----snip----

Lots of details on the case in the article, but the above answers your question.

17. My question is ...

How can he plead not guilty to state charges after accepting a pardon for federal charges? Isn't accepting a pardon an admission of guilt? Or are the charges for different crimes?

20. He was found guilty

of something earlier this year and now he was indicted for something else. Does he ever get to go to jail?
