The 11th Circuit really came through for us! Trump loses in classified docs appeal.

While we knew that the amazing and wonderful Judge Robin Rosenbaum (Obama appointee and a hero to us here in Florida) would do the right thing, kinda surprised the other two trump appointed judges Grant and Brasher voted the same. Well done! "We agree"

AFAIC, they just did the correct thing. They went by the law. They saw through the bullshit.

Yeah, I'm delighted too, but in these weird-ass times, it's great to know that some judges are still doing their job and sideswiping the politics.

I know that Judge Dearie was selected to resolve disputes over the seized records - and he did on this matter - but I don't know if he sticks around in case there are more ....

They wanted him to continue the review for personal items and any limited privilege. I didn't read the whole order, so not sure if this is just attorney/client or the should be barred claim of executive privilege. But for sure the review continues.

Judge Robin Rosenbaum is a true blue liberal, but has always been in a tiny minority with this court - the 11th circuit is one of the most conservative so when the other two trump appointee judges said "we agree" along with Rosenbaum it was a wonderful surprise.

I really thought the gig was up with all the drumpf appointees on the 11th - but quelle surprise - NO! These judges put America first not tfg's fascism.
