you suggesting is needed on top of their general nature to explain their behavior? It seems in line with decade upon decade upon decade of their prior behavior.

that the hierarchy of the Secret Service - and many of it's agents - are rotten to the core. Numerous FBI agents and leaders as well.

6. This could easily have gone sideways. They failed to protect members of Congress and even their own

VPOTUS. This is as serious as it gets. Haul wrays ass in front of congress and ask him why he failed to protect the Congress people. He can say he didn’t know, that is a fucking lie.

the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and the rest. Seems we are missing some key connections.

9. Anyone can be brainwashed and I imagine

constant exposure to a President's speeches, proclamations, propaganda and cheering loyal supporters can have an adverse impact over time on the person's sober objectivity.

I pity the SS not because they might have to take a bullet for a President but because they had to listen to Trump's shit upfront and center for four years.
