... I believe he will be a Twit, again. I don't read much there - unlike other social media places, Twitter seems all-political, to me. Also, there is stuff there that would be taken off FB, YouTube, etc... probably, The Donald would be able to post his lies w/o Twitter robots removing any... or you can click un-hide and read them. Musk seems like he will want the loser... and so many big figures have accounts and so many followers... they won't leave... they need those Mega-Thousands of Twitter followers to buy their books, watch their shows, and keep their Big Names in the news.

regulatory issues that need to be resolved? Is this really closing in a week?

I know people like the twitter feed "Duty to warn," but none of the articles talking about Musk's proposed firing of UP TO 75% of the twitter workforce say that Trump WILL BE reinstated next week. That's their speculation based upon their increased warnings about his narcissistic behaviors.

While it MAY very well be true, and nothing would surprise me with Musk and Trump (I think both are horrible), I don't think that it's IMMINENT that Trump would come back to Twitter next week.

Maybe he'll prove me wrong with an "I'M BACK BITCHES!" first tweet. But to accept the terms to come back looks desperate for attention and acknowledging the social media platform he attached his name to is useless.

Musk is $9 Billion short in funding the purchase last time I checked. This seemed to be an effort to push off a scheduled deposition that Twitter wanted to hold for their lawsuit. If there were real negotiations underway, I think we'd be hearing about it.
