Just looked at a taped version of today's Morning Joe. The first topic was Oz's answer on abortion.

It is game over for Oz IMHO. Jim Messina said the take-away from last night would be the abortion should be between a woman, her doctor and I never thought he had much of a chance but that answer? Also, it was noted that Fetterman struggled but the panel agreed that the debate changed nothing...if you were for a candidate before you still are for that candidate. That is what I think. However, I do believe that Fetterman did what he had to last night. Roe your vote.

1. I think Fetterman did pretty well.

He struggled a bit but Oz just seemed smarmy and fake. Plus his abortion comment is ad-perfect.

2. I was really ticked

when the consensus on the panel agreed with Barnacle that he felt "uncomfortable" watching Fetterman struggle with words. Too damn bad folks! He's RECOVERING from an illness and will progress in time. How unfeeling they seemed. Only Eddie Glude said he thought it was a courageous and transparent act. I think the people of Pennsylvania know this man and will disregard what rich New Yorkers think.

Oz ruined himself last night. He acted like a dick and said he want politicians to have control over a woman's body...bye bye Oz.

But he still expresses himself far better than Herschel Walker, as just one example. Oz is a smarmy, lying creep whose positions are anathema to mine. Disclaimer: I'm not in PA.

I agree. Oz was unlikeable...and Fetterman did what he needed to...he came across as honest and kind of an everyman. We all face challenges. Oz is as my son would say (and me on occasion) a dick.

Market. I was in Philadelphia over the last weekend and the Pro Oz commercials are not that great. One of them he is saying he is an average working man and never looks directly at the camera but sideways.
