Why that extraordinary?
For the past elections we received mail in ballots because of age. The Dishonorable gOV aBBOTT basically did away with that. He also signed into law photo id.
My wife has an expired driver's license which is not approved for voting, yet she was allowed to vote.
I wonder is she'd have gotten a pass if she was she were brown or black?
Yeah, I voted too, but I have a valid id.

(12,159 posts)The ballots were mailed to us including the Democratic primary ballots. With the new laws it is harder to apply and if I understand correctly we would have to go to the county clerks office to show valid photo ID and do the request.
In the past we never ask for the ballots. It like if you were a senior citizen you got them.
My wife is a functional invalid. It is very difficult for her to get in and out of the car, with a bum knee and hip (different legs).
