People used it because it is free. They might move away when everything is Nickle and dimed. I didn't think it would have much of a global backlash when Musk first took over. But these business decisions could very well mean a large migration to other free service.

this morning and called it a "shit show." Said it's made Twitter unusable and the bots and spammers and trolls are worse than ever.

Musk has had a poll in a tweet since last night, asking people reading his tweets if they're noticing fewer bots/spam/scams, but the poll's still open, no results yet that I can see, and I wouldn't trust his poll anyway.

Not to mention he is asking people about how they "feel" about bots/spams/scams. People can "feel" it's a bot if they disagree with their political beliefs. It's such as BS poll.
