Per the New York Times the Republicans have won 212 seats. 218 is a majority. Republicans therefore need six seats. They are currently leading in nine:
CO-03 (Boebert) 48% with 95% reported
CA-13 (Duarte) 50% with 61% reported
CA-41 (Calvert) 50% with 67% reported
AZ-06 (Ciscoman) 50% with 89% reported
AZ-01 (Schweikert) 50% with 94% reported
NY-22 (Williams) 51% with 95% reported
CA-3 (Kiley) 53% with 53% reported
VA-22 (Valadao) 53% with 53% reported
CA-45 (Steele) 54% with 70% reported
For Democrats to retain the House, they need to to flip four of the Republican leaning seats, while holding on to 11 seats where they are leading:
AK-AL (Peltola) 47% with 80% reported, plus RCV
CO-08 (Caraveo) 48% with 95% reported
ME-02 (Golden) 48% with 92% reported
OR-06 (Salinas) 50% with 85% reported
CA-47 (Porter) 51% with 72% reported
CA-49 (Levin) 52% with 71% reported
CA-34 (Gomez) 53% with 68% reported
CA-27 (Garcia) 55% with 67% reported
CA-21 (Costa) 55% with 75% reported
CA-09 (Harder) 56% with 47% reported
CA-06 (Bera) 56% with 52% reported

(22,823 posts)I know that part of the state well. It will come down to turnout. Even nurses, teachers and government workers could lean red. Lots of racism remains.
