But now the next threat comes into focus: The Federalist Society is so hellbent to enact "Independent State Legislature Theory" that it has purged its own co-founder because he doesn't believe in it. It will kill "The Golden Goose" when businesses are allowed free reign to make profit by any means possible. Our corporate masters are too enamored of making quick bucks. They refuse to recognize that producing inferior (and possibly dangerous) products and services will end any trust consumers have in them and decimate their businesses in the long run.
Who wants to buy food from an unregulated conglomerate? How about medicine? Automobiles? Children's toys? Financial services? Unregulated doctors and hospitals? How about a home in a State with no building codes? Would you want to take a vacation trip flying on an unregulated plane run by an unregulated airline to an unregulated resort where you can consume unregulated food and drinks?
