GA-SEN: Georgia Republicans may be shooting themselves in the feet.

Basically every Dem county is allowing for as much early voting as possible while a ton of Republican counties are avoiding it, and this is still extremely dumb because a vote cast is more valuable than a vote that is planned.

Not everyone who wants to vote will vote.

Republicans had an organizational advantage in many aspects of getting votes before election day. Then Trump came along not understanding this and shit all over them and destroyed their advantage.

It should be early votes counted early. Same day votes counted next. Then drop off votes on same day. Then await mail in votes for their deadline (if past election day).

This way election lunatics have no legs to stand on.

Some of the politicos that were retired were basically on the news programs (outside of Fox) scratching their heads on Trump's strategy. Trump knew he was going to lose in 2020. The strategy was to be able to cast doubt on the vote counting because the late counting vote would lean democratic because he told all his supporters to vote same day.

They have a hangover from that strategy because now democrats have an organizational advantage because Trump told them something stupid.

It's always best to vote early to insure your vote is in.

in an election based on political whim.

Aren’t R voters not seeing the problem with their own party?

Answer: no. If they could see what the rest of us see, they wouldn’t be republicans.

Lesson learned from a primary in 1984. On election day I got too sick to leave the house.

It was the last election that I missed.
