Why all the sudden outrage about a white supremacist eating at Mar-A-Lago?
Trump has taken most of his meals there since he left the White House.

5. Good one. Why are certain people surprised by his dinner
And so many people expressing outrage about this but were curiously rather quiet about many of his bigoted (or worse) acts before (eg, assaults on women)?

30. Two reasons
He is running for president. Notice how Pence's condemnation was featured.
And his popularity is on the downslope. Those cowards who were quiet in the past now smell blood. |

25. *Trying* to be done with him
Yeah, the little criticism we hear is coming from those trying to wrest control of the GOP base back from Trump, but I expect they’ll all fall back in line when they again come up short, just like when they failed to stop him in 2015-2016.

There are even people who question whether Trump is racist. Ducks quacking all over the place but they ain't ducks.

14. Many people, sadly, do not realize who Trump really is. It is vital to put this information out
there for all to see every time it happens. Some people just need steady barrage of facts to break through their complacency. Get with the program! Our democracy depends on it.

18. Because he's now a candidate
his actions are under more scrutiny. That's the serious answer.
His (Jewish) daughter and son in law won't be helping, holding his hand, or holding him back from whatever his other advisors and sycophants are promoting. So he's going full racist, which he already was but it's clear that's the group that has given him constant support. They are maga, the great white hope. We really do need to publicize this, even though most rethugs know and agree with his hate speech. |

21. Going full Racist...
That would not be good for him. Because then, people would be forced to confront his racism and their support it. At least with a ‘grin and wink’ they can be in denial of what he really is and what they’re supporting.

20. I see what...
You did there. 🙂
But seriously why all the hand wringing and outrage? DT’s racism has been abundantly clear since day 1. However, IMO DT’s lying about COVID-19 and calling it a hoax, doing all he could to slow down or stop testing and thru what can only be described as criminal negligence if described at all is a far worse offense then having dinner with a dickhead. |
