Jerome Powell signals moderation of rate hikes in December

50 basis points. DOW up 500 points now, rose 700 since he spoke.

Sounds like we may be close to the end of hikes and we're probably through the worst of inflation. And we did it without a recession so far.

Now it's down to 7.7% last month. Trading Economics is forecasting the inflation rate to fall to around 1.9% by the end of 2023. This is good news. I also bet the stock market will be breaking records again next year.
