Seditious conspiracy is up to 20 years, he is facing another 40 years on his other convictions, and since I THINK
this was in a federal court you have to do much of your time before you are up for parole. I hope U.S. District
Judge Amit Mehta thinks of Officer Sicknick when sentencing Elmer.
