3. Why are people still surprised at republican's ability to vote for someone really dumb?

I mean, we had TFG, MTG, etc. The list goes on and on. They will vote for anyone with a R next to their names. Also, GA should still be a lean red state, just look at the result in Nov. Republicans won most of the races by a comfortable margin. If a "normal republican" is running instead of Walker, Warnock would have no chance unfortunately.
