But he isn't "leading" until those votes actually get counted in those blue counties. But the expectation is that Warnock is leading.

The Georgia vote goes through three counting stages. First, the initial Dem jump from urban areas, followed by a rural GOP surge, ending with a final urban Dem wave coming from same day voting. We’re now nearing the end of the second stage.

at one point, the graphics said that Walker was leading,
but Warnock was actually leading in the count listed... lol

someone will be reprimanded---

...and know the approximate composition of how those votes will shake out (based on where the votes are coming from etc.) so they can project that Warnock leads based on that.
