Schumer has been working with GOP Senators to get things done, but that will be a waste of time in January..

We need to bargain a debt limit deal NOW to remove the hostage taking for the next two years. Maybe add some more Ukraine aid. The stick is.. If GOP senators do not play along, then our Senate majority should start investigations similar to the house. Maybe extend the J6 effort. Maybe do mirror investigation to counteract house nonsense. Maybe we investigate extreme court. Maybe an investigation into Trump classified documents or the mismanagement of Covid. Maybe they could investigate tax fraud or foreign influence in elections - like Russian money flowing into the NRA. How about the Saudi / Kushner deal? How about the lead in urban water supplies? How about PPP loan fraud?

If the house wants to investibate all kinds of crazy Qanon stuff, we need to be ready to match them hearing for hearing. I know our topics will be more pertinent and interesting to middle America.

Not sure Schumer has it in him to challenge Senate GOP. I give him credit for optimizing to get bills passed but those days will be over soon. The competition is no longer Senate GOP, as they are irrelevant. The competition is the House GOP.
