I have not lived in Florida in 15 years. However, since the Warnock/Walker campaign, I

have received constant emails from what purports to be the Fla Democrats urging me to vote and trying to get me to answer surveys. I have ignored them but now I am a little suspicious of the intent. Is anyone else receiving those emails? I should have been purged in Florida long ago.

Are they trying to bait people into trying to vote in the GA election?

Sounds like a set up.

for my money and usually my vote.

I have lived and voted in Texas since 1990, but because I have donated to a few candidates along the way I am on every freaking email list you could imagine.

I also am fairly certain these people are using the national Democratic database to find Democrats to contact. We don't register by party here, but folks who vote in Democratic primaries are identified with Democrats so get the emails.

Purging does not make one bit of difference either.

Those surveys always close with a fundraising beg.

Likewise, we still get mailing list advertisements/solicitations for my FIL who has been deceased since 2005...health, auto, and, humorously, life insurance(?).

IDK, maybe pulled from those "find people" sites that never update? Old voter registration information or donation lists the party at many levels may still have in their archives? So many sites have "updated" their privacy and cookie/data collection policies; unsubscribe links don't seem to stop e-mail receipt very effectively either.

More importantly, I am a registered Democratic voter in Florida, but received precious few emails from the Florida or Sarasota Democratic Party or Democratic candidates over the last year. Nothing since the Midterms. I suspect your email is a scam.

Never received a single email from the Fla Democrats. If I were you, I'd be suspicious of those emails.
