If the SC allows state legislators sole responsibility over elections, it will mean state

legislators will force election fixing according to their preferred ideology

That would effectively be a civil war, and by proxy, be equivalent to a state to secede from the union, because the state legislatures could over turn the results of a federal election

that 6 of the justices, including Roberts, Barret, and Kavanaugh, were pretty skeptical of this so-called theory. So we might dodge a fatal bullet.

but didn't know about Roberts. Well, then let's hope that this idea is killed. BTW are there any good podcasts that do a deep dive on this case? How did this case even wind up in front of the court? Is something being challenged? How do these cases get sent to SCOTUS so quick?
