Charge every single one of them

"2,319 texts from Mark Meadows now public, showing 34 Republican members of Congress texting with him about January 6, the fake electors, and declaring martial law (or "Marshall Law," sic), per Talking Points Memo."

Is sedition an appropriate charge?

You think the text messages make conviction an open and shut case? Dream on.

I don't want anyone arrested who is not facing a thoroughly-investigated very tight case from DoJ prosecutors and very high probability of conviction.

Arrests and perps are thrilling but not satisfying.

Convictions are satisfying and nobody should lose focus that that is the goal.
