I am beginning to suspect reality. I think all the good writers have left for another reality server and what we have left is the universe grade equivalent of depressed 60's and 70' near retirement sit com writers. I think the nature writers are still pretty good, but extinctions and near extinctions make me think most of them are leaving in droves.
I fear we might not make it to syndication at this rate.

(4,268 posts)but, as your Executive Producer, let me tell you that I have it on good authority that the big guys at the Network have assured me that there are "positive changes" afoot and they now want to completely alter the premise for the show and make it into a competition/survival series using a few reprehensible participants going up against some actually barely likable people. The big shots have assured me this is a unique "never been done before" concept and they think they have a solid commitment for 12 episodes with a main advertiser of foot decay medications. They want to see if we could do a couple of spin-off series once we can get an audience reaction to who is most disliked and we can move them over to those shows.
Now having said all of this good news there will of course be some changes required. There will be some "new blood" brought on board for some positions. I am trying to resolve the issue of your building/parking passes not working and why you did not get your last direct deposit for your check. But I am very busy right now. So please don't call us, we'll call you.
