...and just go with Inciting an Insurrection and Obstruction of an Official Proceeding. The Conspiracy charges are also pretty obvious but getting a conspiracy conviction is no mean feat. Charges where they can nail his ass based on his own misdeeds will be pretty simple to convict on.

AND...one conviction on either of those charges will result in an effective life sentence; the guy is ancient and not in great health, and will die - probably under house arrest in a nice simple home they find for him on a military base somewhere pretty remote, like Wyoming or North Dakota - before he gets the chance to complete his term.

Justice matters.

and obstructing their return to the United States Government, the rightful owner.

Maybe also charges in relation with his unpaid taxes.

Yes, probably house arrest for the rest of his life (if jailing an ex-POTUS is not realistic).

As long as a legal disqualification to ever again enter the Oval Office he desecrated, even by write ins (which I doubt would be enough to win a national election), I think that will be the ultimate punishment for hair furhair's bloated ego.
