I'm pretty uneasy about the situation

in China with Covid 19. Can't really tell for sure about what's really going on, except I believe in the riots or protests they had. What's alarming is that they had to continue lock down despite the lockdowns.

Media love alarming situations. I can see this spun that way, but it makes you wonder why they have taken the actions they have. Just how virulent is their version of Covid 19? Is it still Covid 19, and why haven't their vaccines worked? China doesn't have a reputation for inferior medicine. I can understand their refusal to let anyone help them, but it makes no sense that they couldn't manufacture an effective vaccine after 3 years. They could have stolen the danged formulas by now. Something isn't right.

Titled on their own.
Saying the government is letting people fend for themselves. They havr scrspped their tracking program.

Fauci said it is likely to be a huge problem for them a few months ago having such a large naive population.

They have a paywall and I have trouble cutting and pasting from this device.

To answer your questions, this report says Chinese strain now has a R factor of 20. That’s huge, similar to measles in number of infections for each person. Much more contagious than earlier.

But it’s also much less deadly that earlier strains. Estimates are that so far, about 18% of the Chinese population has caught it in the last two weeks.

British Dr. John Campbell gets good data.

Now they're reporting the infections and deaths truthfully, and the Chinese people are scared shitless.

It was just announced the other day that they're no longer reporting the Covid infections and deaths on a daily basis. People can't handle the news I guess, or maybe it's because they were lied to before.

Our media is making a deal out of it, but it sounds like the Chinese media is trying to play it down as much as they can.
