They said "what choice do we have?" Hillary Clinton was bad for Israel (remember when she mildly criticized West Bank Settlement policy?).

There are plenty of RW Jews in America. There are major Republican donors that are Jewish.

MOST American Jews not only vote for democrats, most fall to center-left, if not out-right liberal compared to other ethnic and religious groups.

Frankly, I am more surprised by any woman who still votes for, endorses or runs as a republican. It goes to show some are willing to not only vote against themselves but also ignore how their side treats them.

Just maybe there is some truth here. Many Sephardic Jews who fled Spain and then Portugal moved to the New World and the Mediterranean. Man converted to Christianity to stay in the peninsula but kept their heritage a family secret. But most likely he is lying, since we already caught him in so many whoppers!

He lied about his religion.

Also, as for his ancestry being "recent", there has yet to be anything resembling factual evidence.

DNA also shows this small amt
Hubby has a few in his background.

They all converted/assimilated to Catholic early on. (1600's) But, there were enough Jews in Mexico, that there was a significant wheat market because corn was not considered kosher at the time.

Almost every Mexican has 2-3% Jewish DNA.

Santos did deny accusations that he misled voters about his Jewish ancestry and how his grandparents fled Europe to Brazil to escape the Nazis during World War II.

CNN previously reported that multiple genealogists and documents suggested both of Santos’ maternal grandparents were born in Brazil, and did not flee the Holocaust.

“I never claimed to be Jewish,” Santos, who spoke at the Republican Jewish Coalition annual leadership meeting in November, told The Post. “I am Catholic. Because I learned my maternal family had a Jewish background I said I was ‘Jew-ish.’”
