Filing for Bankruptcy means little, as rich people like Teflon Man do it all the time, and still have plenty of money.

(31,028 posts)And stiffing their creditors. These obscenely rich guys dont have any shame,and no amount of money will buy it. Of course we cant possibly forgive student loans because we have to teach them not to take out loans they cant repay. Our normal middle-class morality is just for little people, like paying taxes

I think the probability of all these events coalescing to the point of personal bankruptcy are so close to zero, I'll just call it zero.
But, the article makes strong cases.
Of course, I'm going to buy in to his starting premise. I've been railing against absurdly high market cap values for 10 years.
