Herschel Walker is trending on Twitter

mainly because people are saying all Santos did was follow the Herschel Walker Playbook.

Lie, lie again, and lie some more.

As long as there is an "R" behind his name, Republicans don't care and will vote for him anyway.

Paying for an item at a gas station and I handed the kid the wrong change. He said I was 3 cents short and ask if was try to “Jew” him. I stared into his eyes and said “I’m Jewish”. Wish I had a picture of his face when I said that.

8. In a way you were not lying. For that second you were Jewish in your heart.

I am Irish Catholic but have a close Jewish family member who married into the family.
I totally supported the children being raised in the Jewish faith.

Many a Friday night I attended Shabbat services and listened to the wonderful female rabbi
who gave one heck of a sermon. I really loved her, her wisdom and inspiration.

I recited the heart rendering prayers, I read the prayer book handed out
to the congregation, I listed with joy to the cantor singing. I was
very moved by the High Holiday services.

I was asked to turn electric things on and off when others were not allowed to do
so in the synagogue. It was an honor to help.

I learned a lot from the Rabbi about regular people doing small things,
courageous things, actions that change the world in small ways.

It made a big impact upon me. I know the rabbi would have liked your story.

as it should still be. Employees are routinely fired for giving false information in/on their job application. Republican business owners would absolutely do that. Santos' case really is no different, but it seems hypocrisy is now an acceptable trait if one is Republican.

Santos has a claim to total obscurity, probably in jail at some point.
