I'd heard for years that Executive Orders could be undone from president to president with little more than a snap of the executive fingers. And that's why it was a dirty shame that President Obama had to issue Executive Orders when Congress couldn't or wouldn't pass legislation. Apparently some Executive Orders are more durable than others.
