regarding TESLA and Elon Musk

So, TESLA has been in free fall from a high of nearly $400 to 109 today. Musk owns about 155 million shares or 20 %. He has much more than the next biggest investor (Vanguard at 6.75 %) so he controls it. However, if the top 6 or 7 investors decided to oust him from the CEO spot, they would have more votes than he controls.

If he keeps trashing TESLA and use it as his piggybank to fund twitter we may well, see this happening.

These days, I don’t believe anything he says. I’ll believe it when I see it. I think there’s much stirring behind the scenes. It will be interesting to see what happens. 🍿
