The so called genius considered blanket pardons, idiot. The White House counsel said no.

This is what the so called genius has done his entire life. He gathers lawyers together and asks what about this, what about that. Some of the things he asks are flat out stupid. He listens to what the lawyers say, the lawyers decide for him.

It happened leading up to the Coup of Fools. Trump gathered his lawyers together. Some of the lawyers said don't do it. It's stupid and illegal. Another group of corrupt , crazy lawyers said do it. Trump went with the crazy lawyers. What a genius, what a mastermind.

Everything Trump has done, gotten away with, been caught at, his entire life is because he had the money to surround himself with corrupt lawyers to do his thinking for him, to protect him. Trump lawyers throughout his life had to say no to Trump over and over again. No don't do that it's stupid.

If Trump did not have money and lawyers handed to him from his daddy, he would have become a manager at McDonalds at best.

Trump considering blanket pardons, people asking for pardons is an admission of guilt. Justice is coming.

Over and over.

Lawyers who know better.

Same goes with experienced and seasoned politicians and political operatives.

While Trump walks free.

Trump is not a stupid man.

ETA: To underestimate Trump is not a good strategy.

Trumps lawyers know he is stupid and can be taken advantage of. Rudy did not commit commit crimes for Trump for the hell of it. Rudy committed crimes for Trump because he was broke. He knew he could make money off Trump.

Bannon knows Trump is an idiot. Bannon grifted Trumps own voters and Trump pardoned him.

Trump is good at a few things. He knows how to find corrupt lawyers. He doesn't use e-mails are a couple of examples.

Don't confuse low cunning with intelligence.

They aren't the same thing.

That thing doesn't know how to link disparate information to arrive at a conclusion. He doesn't know strategy OR tactics. He only knows to do what someone else told him to do in X situation, even if that something no longer works or holds true. What Roy Cohn told him to do in 1978 often won't work in 2023. The world has changed since then. Only that stupid mango hellbeast hasn't.

It's why he keeps doing the same stupid crap, over and over again, and thinks he'll get a different result.

He would never demean himself to work those kinds of hours in that kind of place. No fin way he would do a job that requires you to actually work.

Maybe sales of some kind, shady real estate (which is what he did), shady jewelery ... maybe corporate world in a position that isn't operational.

He is one of the biggest fuck ups I have ever seen in my life.

Someone described Trump like a shark. A shark mindlessly, aimlessly, wanders about seeking easy prey. A shark is very good at it because that's all the shark does. It does nothing else.

In the end, Even a shark can be taken down by a killer whale.

Sharks do know how to find prey and then use brute strength to kill it. It's one thing they're good at.

That takes a sort of low cunning, but smart, they aren't.

He would have been in jail before the Army could get their hands on him. His parents wouldn't have been able to send him to a military school when he messed up, but instead he would have gone to juvie at some point during his teen years. From there, he would have graduated to being in and out of jail for assorted petty crimes. Until he committed a big crime and did serious time, which would have been inevitable with someone as worthless as that POS is.
