Also, I don't think Jack Smith is going to put up with any BS. I think Trump is at the end of the road and there is no bridge to an escape route.

it will be, but I am sure that he will be indicted on something by June, 2023, maybe sooner.

The problem with these crimes is that only a POTUS can commit them. He gaslit 70 million Trump voters into thinking they were cheated. He is responsible for the resulting carnage, but probably not criminally. Any other American can run their mouth like that, and they are free to do so.

I put the Jan 6 debacle squarely on Trump voters for handing him the power of the presidency and amplifying his misguidedness. We can't indict him for being the charlatan that he is.

They refused to prosecute Mark Meadows on a slam dunk case of voter fraud, so they are not going after Trump.

I think it is much more likely.

It's clear that alot of Fraud and tax cheating was on those 1040s.

What if nothing happens?

Not an unreasonable question. The doj has until summer before the primary campaigns start to roll. Then they will be stuck if they haven't moved.

That is the better question. The question you asked is just speculation with no basis to act.

5 years in house arrest, 5 years probation, and a 5 year Gag order would work for me.
