They really ARE sore losers, aren't they?

Good lord. My office is tense. These people are totally, totally pissed that Obama won. They can't even hide it. They can't even act professional. They are red and shaky.

It's really quite funny to watch. Grown adult men - whining because they didn't get their way!

Your top employees are initiative takers and problem solvers. The boss has handed them a problem, and they will take the initiative and solve it.

Poorer performers will hunker down and hope nothing bad happens. Top employees will start looking. Any many of them will find better jobs, and leave on their own.

And I commented that it didn't have to be divided, that Congress could actually try working together rather than attempting to obstruct the president at every turn. Which led to a long and misinformed diatribe about all the taxes that have been raised, and how the military has been gutted, and how we're all going to die (well, not quite that but close enough).

It's like an alternate reality.
