Puerto Rico votes for Statehood.

PR agrees to English only. Santorum campaigned down here and stipulated statehood was contingent on the island going English only. Two of his supporters in the PR Senate immediately withdrew their support. Further opposition from the 'pukes is based on demographics; "they vote for Democrats!"
