It gets Tr**p and the Repugs to think that they are pulling the wool over the eyes of the American People - that Biden did the same thing Tr**p did and Tr**p is just being persecuted with a 'witch hunt'.

But in the end - Biden will be exonerated and praised for the way he and his people handled the docs found on his premises and show the criminality of Tr**p in stealing the classified docs that he moved out of the WH - hid them - and continues to maintain - he did nothing wrong.

This means at least two years of Benghazi-style Congressional hearings, and possibly as many as three impeachment drives. (They want so desperately to get Trump out of the cellar.)

Some staffers were tasked with collecting Biden's papers at the end of his term as VP and sending them to his new office or his home. Said staffers either didn't know what they were doing, or didn't know what to look for, or got sloppy and didn't properly sort out what to keep and what to send to the NA. Upon investigation that's what they'll find; they'll discover that nobody involved meant to keep the papers or had any other improper intent; all documents were recovered; and the administration will announce that new procedures are being devised and put into place so no such mistakes will occur again.
