Yes, we held the WH and at least held our ground in the Senate, but there are real questions as to how many Congressional and state legislative seats we might have lost.

We need to start an investigation on that, in the name of the defense of democracy.

1. I loved it that President Obama spoke to that in his speech last nigh, saying "We need to fix that!"

We need federal guidelines for our elections, passing a constitutional amendment for the absolute right to vote for every American citizen! That's the reason why so many were getting away with all the dirty tricks.

3. In 2008, 130 million votes were counted - in 2012, 120 million votes were counted....

...I have to think that some percentage of the 10 million votes not counted this year had to have been a result of GOP monkey business. Despite the claims by the pollsters, there was certainly no lack of enthusiasm on the part of the President's supporters. Yes, I can accept the idea that less people voted this year, but 10 million? I don't think so.

I think Romney's delay in conceding last night was actually a frantic double-check of the numbers in Ohio, because they actually believed they had shaved enough of the President's votes to have won that state.

I would welcome a full-blown investigation into the 2012 election and voter suppression, early voting laws, etc,

4. Just suppress the suppressors

There is no way to get to how many votes were suppressed due to the basic definition of suppression. How can you possibly count those who left voting lines because of actions by the suppressors, how many didn't go to the polls due to scary/negative robo-calls, and so on? You just cannot accurately capture those numbers. All you can do is work to prevent or "suppress" the sources of the suppression.

5. About 8% last I checked. It didn't seem to matter. I'm not sure mine got counted.

Obama won and most of the important races went to Democrats. Voter suppression and EVM rigging didn't take us out this time.
