Did the DOJ do any searches at drumpf Tower or any other shithole places the toad stayed?

They seem to be tearing apart any place President Biden has ever even looked at, much less stayed. Meanwhile they search one closet at drumpf's tacky ass cesspool and call it a day. I am sure the little mushroom has docs stored other places.

1. The difference - and it's a very big one - is that Biden voluntarily disclosed
Sun Jan 22, 2023, 10:57 AM
Jan 2023

the presence of the documents when they were discovered, and invited the search of his home and offices. In contrast, the FBI had to get a search warrant for Mierda-Loco when the National Archives realized documents were missing, and there was evidence that they had been taken when TFG left the White House. But without a warrant they can't search any of his other places, and he sure as hell isn't going to invite them in. They need probable cause to search the other places, meaning specific, credible evidence that government documents are held at these places, that they can take to a judge. Without that kind of evidence TFG's properties can't be searched. The Constitution is sometimes inconvenient.

They are pretty much telling their listeners they are too stupid to understand the difference

3. The theft of top secret documents poses a threat to national security.

The judge should sign an order once stolen docs are found in one residence.

We know lives are at stake.

It looks like no one cares about the military and intel agency employees at all.

John Brennan (ex CIA director) has said in a number of interviews that they know
there are docs in other Trump locations. The damage to the US is incalculable.

He just shakes his head that no one is doing anything to secure the other docs.

People are risking their lives every day and no one seems to give a damn.

5. We don't know what's happening behind the scenes. DoJ is not going to publicize

any investigation relating to classified materials. Brennan is no longer in the loop and he doesn't know any more than anyone else what the DoJ or other agencies are doing. Clearly they're not afraid to request a warrant to search TFG's properties because they've done it before, but they need probable cause to take to a judge. Just believing that TFG has more documents isn't enough.

6. In the US military, retired generals are the spokesmen for active duty officers

who cannot speak out. That is a known fact for decades.

When retired top leaders speak out, we should pay attention.

It is beyond ridiculous for DOJ to say they don't know if Trump has other documents.
They found docs in one of his properties.

So if a bank robber is found to have stolen money in one home, we are going to act stupid
and pretend there might not be more money in other locations as well?

The DOJ should be ashamed of themselves for pretending they don't know if a criminal caught red handed
doesn't have evidence elsewhere. And saying it all with a straight face.

Once you find stolen goods at one location, the judge signs an order to search other properties.
The FBI does this every single day.

No wonder Brennan shakes his head in disgust.

The DOJ could care less that Americans are placed in danger because of their failure to do their job.

7. It is not true that finding stolen goods at one property is by itself sufficient probable cause
Sun Jan 22, 2023, 11:46 AM
Jan 2023

to search all other properties owned by the same person. A warrant can be issued only if there is probable cause that the items are present at that particular location. If a warrant is later determined to have been issued without sufficient probable cause, none of the evidence found pursuant to that warrant can be used in a prosecution. Do you want to risk that, or do you want them to do it right even if it doesn't satisfy your timeline?

8. Finding stolen top secret docs is not probable cause to look in other locations?

When national security is an issue and lives are at stake?

Every day someone might be killed? When incalculable harm is being done
to national security, now and for decades into the future.

This is not the neighborhood kid growing weed.

Timeline indeed. It takes years to act in an emergency situation?

If what you say is true, we have a failure at the highest level of US law.

US law is totally unable to protect national security and the lives our of our military
and intel agents. The US deserves to hang its head in shame.

9. Explain it to a judge. They have to follow the law.

A search warrant that doesn't comply with the law will result in the suppression of any evidence that's found. I don't make the rules.

10. Judges who let Americans be killed and national security be damaged for years are a disgrace.

As is the US justice system.

A huge failure.

The total failure of the legal system to do the right thing and act in a rational matter in
matters of national security.

I have had relatives in the military and US intel services who risked their lives on a daily basis.
And they did it for a fraction of the pay of US judges.

I can assure you that they do not appreciate fat cat judges who sit in luxury and safety
pretending not to see obvious crimes right in front of them while the guys out in the field are
in danger.

The US is not even going through the pretense anymore of having the backs of those
who do dangerous work for our country.

Biden is being searched because he's cooperating.

There is speculation that his Bedminster NJ estate/golf course needs to be searched, including possibly Ivana's grave.
BUT by now who knows where they have taken them or if they've been destroyed.

TFG's lawyer had someone look but did not want to give the DOJ the names. The court ruled that the name of these searchers had to be disclosed to the DOJ
