He downplayed it as some documents being filed incorrectly, and being that they were handed over as soon as they were found, no intent is present and no charges are going to follow (the SC investigation will confirm this). drumpf on the other hand has lied about it the entire time.

No need to turn what is a pretty harmless situation into a conspiracy theory.
