I wish I didn't have to live in the American pictured here. I don't want to be a citizen of this America and I'm not proud of the America I see represented here. I don't feel free. I feel oppressed. If I were younger I'd be looking for another home country.

Anyone with kids needs to move to a country with more sensible gun laws. American doesn't deserve to have children in the population anymore. Not until it figures out how to provide a life of loving care, that it says we are entitled to, with the liberty and the pursuit of happiness it promises.

Our Bill of Rights is broken. We can no longer freely assemble, excersise freedom of religion or even enjoy free speech without the risk of being mowed down by an assault rifle wielding maniac.

If we can't enjoy the first amendment the second one is entirely meaningless. It's like we've all turned our guns on ourselves.

Those who don't die outright are traumatized by being exposed to the experiences of those citizens who do. It's literally slow motion, mass suicide. The living can't functionally create solutions to the problem because they are suffering en masse from a sort of hypnotic case of mass PTSD.

The Bill of Rights and even the Constitution are being distorted by our untreated illnesses to the point that they're not going to be worth the parchment they're printed on at some point.

We've failed as a civilized society when we don't protect our citizens and especially our children. Otherwise, what's the point?

American is marching toward being a lost cause. We're becoming a country in a state of societal suicide. We're not a "land of the free" anymore and we have to be brave just to leave our homes. And now, that homes have become targets, we're not even safe inside them anymore. We're officially a sick society.

Where does it end?

Luciferous

LGBTQ books out of the library because of complaints from parents. So I just ordered half a dozen of them to donate to the school's GSA club because fuck those assholes.
