Republicans need to replace their elephant mascot with George Santos.
Elephants are wonderful creatures who have the "family values" that Republicans have paid lip service to for years. Their current mascot/logo should not be an elephant. It should be George Santos. He's the perfect symbol of who and what Republians are:
He lies about everything.
He makes up shit about who and what he is.
He treats reality as some bullshit thing that only fools believe.
He has no shame, conscience, sympathy, empathy, or regard for anyone but himself.
He is the absolute perfect symbol and representation of who and what the Republican Party is.
He's been accepted by the insane people who now run the House of Representatives. And he's been appointed to two committees, one being the Science Committee. Ummm, science deals with reality, or whatever evaluation of reality that it is possible given our current knowledge. One can only wonder how much damage Santos can do to destroy science and replace it with propaganda.
And here's another reason he should be the Republicans new mascot/logo. He doesn't care about those who voted for him. In general, Republicans are answerable to the super-wealthy who fund their campaigns, not to their voters. Santos seems to fit into that mold. We don't know whose dark money was behind him, but you can bet it was there.
So here's a banner I'd love to see everywhere: SAVE THE ELEPHANT. SANTOS HAS IT COVERED.
